Drive the Subway in Your Room

Drive a Boston subway train from a life-size cab. Four lines: Red (Alewife to Braintree), Orange (Oak Grove to Forest Hills), Blue (Wonderland to Bowdoin), and Green E (Medford/Tufts to Heath St). Each line has its own train and its own cab. Work the controls by hand. Drag the master controller through power, coast, and brake. Turn the reverser key. Sound the horn, ring the gong, acknowledge ATC, open and close the doors on the correct side. Pick up the PA mic and announce each stop. Speech recognition checks the announcement on device.
