Social Focus

Your friends, not the feed

Social Focus is a calmer way to use Instagram: keep up with the people you follow, without the parts built to keep you scrolling. Sign in with your Instagram account on Instagram's own login page, then pick an experience. You can switch any time by tapping its name at the top of the screen. CLASSIC • Posts and stories from people you follow, newest first • No reels feed, no ads, no suggested posts • Stories carry on from one person to the next • Post photos and stories, check your notifications, search, message people and browse profiles FOCUS • No feed at all: just search, profiles, messages…
