Note: the app is currently available in Polish only. An English version is in preparation. BartoliniPizza plans pizza dough backwards: you say when you want to bake, the app tells you how much of what to weigh and when to start. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick a style: Napoletana, Classica, Romana Tonda, Teglia alla Romana, Siciliana, Focaccia or gluten-free pizza. 2. Say how many pizzas or trays you bake (usually 1 pizza per person). 3.
