A star-chart number puzzle

``` Starwheel is a number puzzle drawn on an old star chart. The board is a wheel of seven spokes and six rings. Place a star and it slides inward toward the centre. A star burns when its number matches the count of stars on its spoke, or the length of its unbroken row around its ring. Burning stars crack the hatched stars beside them, the wheel settles, and one well-placed star can set off a chain that sweeps across the chart. There is no limit on how many stars you place.
