Sea otters hold paws while they sleep so they don't drift apart. In Goodnight Otter, you help them do it. Each otter floats on its back holding a clam with a number: how many kelp ropes it needs. Drag from one otter to a neighbour to tie a rope. Tie the same pair again for a double rope. Ropes run straight, never cross, and two otters share at most two.
