Neighbourly number puzzle

Everyone wants exactly the right number of neighbours. Numbors is a cosy number puzzle. Each folk on the block wears a number: how many neighbours they want — up, down, left or right. Give them exactly that many and they leave happy. When they leave, their neighbours lose one… and that can make someone else happy too. One good move can empty half the block in a cascade.
