Unfold is a break reminder for your Mac's menu bar. It watches the clock while you work and tells you — clearly, once — when it is time to stand up. No sign-up. No account. No analytics. Nothing leaves your Mac. HOW IT WORKS Pick an interval: 15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes, or any custom length from 5 to 240 minutes. Unfold counts only the time you are actively using your Mac, and when your interval is up, a full-screen overlay asks you to stand up.
