Cross the cords, not three

Cross the cords. Never three times. Crosslimit is a patch-panel puzzle. Each turn one OUT jack lights up and you run a cord to an IN jack on the other side. Every crossing scores, and every crossing loads both cords. A cord with two crossings is sealed: it pays out, then stands as a wall. Cross it a third time and it burns. Plan ahead. White cords must be crossed before their timer runs out, or they die as dead lines. Cords live longer as the run goes on, so the panel fills up and safe routes disappear.
