This is an offline weather strategy game. You operate a five-point meteorological crown. The five points set temperature, humidity, pressure, wind direction, and cloud cover. Each region lists a target reading and a desired sky pattern. Bring the local weather inside the allowed range and match that pattern to finish the commission. Turning one point also changes the others. Lower pressure usually adds cloud. Higher temperature dries the air. A large wind change can push the rain area across the map.
