Virtual ESP32 displays

Bench simulates the small screens people wire to ESP32 boards, LCDs, AMOLEDs, OLEDs and e-paper, and runs Resident Lua apps on them as a real board would. It's a virtual board. Each display is modelled on the real part and timed like it: its resolution and colours, how fast a frame crosses its bus, how e-paper refreshes one frame at a time. Put up to four devices side by side, give each an app, and touch the ones that have a touch panel.
