This app is not intended for customers or the general public. Scan the barcode on an air shipment or container booking label, or enter the booking reference manually. Review shipment details, payment status, and movement history before recording an update. Staff can record receipt at the UK or Gambia office and confirm eligible collection and delivery steps.
