Merge Inspector provides additional functionality for pull requests on the code you write and review, through a Safari extension integrating with the pull request UI. Merge Inspector adds a ‘Fast-forward merge’ button to the merge box on pull requests in Safari. This fast-forwards the destination branch of the pull request to the PR's commit, with no merge commit nor squashing. History stays linear and no commits are rewritten, hashes remain the same.
