This Clinical Decision Support (CDS) Mobile Application will assist clinicians at the point of care to facilitate adoption and use of the recommendations of the NHLBI Integrated Guidelines for Cardiovascular Health and Risk Reduction in Children and Adolescents. The application integrates assessment and treatment of cardiovascular risk factors with routine pediatric care.
