The Programme Athletics 365 is a multi-event, young people’s development programme, which introduces athletes to the fundamental skills of athletics which are vital to every sport. Since its inception in 2010 Athletics 365 has taken the sport of Athletics by storm, including winning the 2014 European Athletics Innovation Award. Created by England Athletics, the governing body for athletics in England, Athletics 365 it is aimed predominantly at 8-15 year olds, but the resources can easily be adapted for use with younger athletes.
