Tap a piece and it turns ninety degrees on its hinge. If the arc it sweeps through is empty, the piece swings free and leaves the board. If anything stands in the way, it holds. Clear the board and the level is done. That is the entire rule. Everything after it is arrangement. SwingOut is a puzzle about letting things go, one piece at a time.
