Tap a piece and it swings ninety degrees around its knob. If the arc it sweeps through is empty, the piece swings off the board. If anything stands in the way, the move is blocked. Clear the board and the level is done. That is the entire rule. Everything after it is arrangement. SwingOut is a puzzle about letting things go, one piece at a time.
