This APP is useful for personal and private meditation. It is designed as a personal lab for your own experimentation and relaxation. Read the built-in Guide for details. Pure sinusoidal tones of a selected frequency are produced in each ear. The left and right ear tones have individual frequencies where the difference is in the Alpha brain frequency range (8 to 12 Hz). For best results you should use headphones or earbuds to ensure that each ear only hears the single tone for that ear.
