This APP is useful for personal and private meditation. It is designed as a personal lab for your own experimentation and relaxation. Read the built-in Guide for details. Pure sinusoidal tones of a selected frequency are produced in each ear. The left and right ear tones have individual frequencies where the difference is in the Alpha brain frequency range (8 to 12 Hz).
